Brief Description of Position 

We are looking for a Junior Analyst (Student) to support our tax team. This role is ideal for a Law or Commercial Law student eager to develop skills and gain experience in direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and management of holding companies. 

You will support initiatives including: 

• Assist with direct and indirect tax compliance for our Danish companies 

• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation 

• Perform tax-related calculations in compliance with relevant regulations 

• Support management of holding companies 

• Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc tax-related queries 

To succeed in this role, you: 

• Are a current Law or Commercial Law student 

• Possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail 

• Have strong organizational and time-management capabilities 

• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team 

• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
