We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Analytics Engineer to contribute to the continuous development and growth of our brand of endurance and outdoor gear.

With a focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia, we are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 60 professionals with 25 different nationalities based in Copenhagen at Holmen and Gramrode near Horsens.

What can you expect from the job?

As our Junior Analytics Engineer, you will:

• Build and maintain data models and ETL pipelines

• Create dashboards and automated reports

• Support financial processes including VAT reporting and month-end closing

• Perform regular data analytics and ad-hoc analysis

• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives

• Ensure data quality and maintain documentation

• Participate in ML/AI projects

What do we expect from you?

• Transform complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions

• Build and optimize SQL models for various reporting needs

• Optimize and automate reporting processes

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver high-quality results

Qualifications:

• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong SQL modelling and data warehouse knowledge

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools

• Understanding of basic financial concepts

• Experience with dbt and version control is an advantage

• Experience with Python

• Business process optimization experience

• Passion for sports is a bonus

Weekly working hours: Full time

Location: Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking
