Junior Business Analyst in Data Management - Digital Solutions

As a Business Analyst in Data Management, you will be the primary contact for Primeserv DK, the Danish aftersales organization, focusing on eChannels and process optimization. You will be bridging the technology and business to improve processes and the efficiency of our organization.

You will play an important role in:
Concrete tasks that the business analyst will be working with is:

• Analyze business processes related to our eChannels and identify areas for improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into tangible actions and initiatives for IT and other development resources to support the business.
• Lead initiatives related to digital transformation and automation of business processes.
• Collaborate with IT and different business departments to successfully implement changes and improvements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues and identify opportunities.

In the beginning you will be working along a more senior member of our team, where you will in collaboration service our organization, and identify focus areas. With time we assume that you will take increased ownership of the area, where you will enter and possibly lead different relevant projects. You will become experienced in a complex organization that is working to reap the benefits of digitalization. We aim to train you in project and product management, and give you more responsibility along the way.

We imagine that you:
We imagine that you have a degree in Business administration, Information technology, Engineering or a similar field. You are structured and are capable of working independently with the ability to take ownership of your area of responsibility. You have a positive mindset and possess the ability to identify opportunities, with a strong drive to make a meaningful impact. Ideally, you possess some previous work experience including stakeholder and project management from large corporations. You need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additionally experience with the following tools is a benefit but not a requirement:

• A database query tool, such as SQL Server Management Studio or similar.
• An ERP system and its processes
