In the beginning you will be working along a more senior member of our team, where you will in collaboration service our organization, and identify focus areas. With time we assume that you will take increased ownership of the area, where you will enter and possibly lead different relevant projects. You will become experienced in a complex organization that is working to reap the benefits of digitalization. We aim to train you in project and product management, and give you more responsibility along the way.
We imagine that you:
We imagine that you have a degree in Business administration, Information technology, Engineering or a similar field. You are structured and are capable of working independently with the ability to take ownership of your area of responsibility. You have a positive mindset and possess the ability to identify opportunities, with a strong drive to make a meaningful impact. Ideally, you possess some previous work experience including stakeholder and project management from large corporations. You need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
