We are looking for a motivated Junior Consultant to join our newly established Project Management & Implementation (PM&I) team. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on mindset and a structured approach to work, eager to contribute to impactful projects and grow within a dynamic working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Consultant, you will:

•                           Support Senior Consultants in managing and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.

•                           Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources for various projects.

•                           Participate in project meetings, facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

•                           Contribute to testing, verification, and documentation processes to ensure project deliverables.

•                           Utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to organize data, reporting, and communicate effectively.

•                           Engage directly with clients, becoming an integral part of their team and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.

•                           Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a structured and organized approach.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering or a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Social Sciences. You bring 1–3 years of experience in project management, consulting, engineering, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is essential, along with fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken. Key competencies include a hands-on mindset, a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, meeting facilitation expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.
