We are welcoming a new Junior Content Specialist for a 3 month project position in our Danish Content team.


About Us

Bonzer is a specialized SEO (Search Engine Optimization) agency passionate about helping businesses grow their online presence and visibility. That is why we focus on tailoring organic, strong strategies and SEO results aligned with the client’s needs, goals, and ambitions.

At Bonzer, we assist and support customers with their overall business and marketing goals through in-depth analysis, strategic roadmaps, and effective SEO sprints. Bonzer consists of around 45 passionate employees across Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen.


The Role

We are currently looking for a colleague to join in a time limited role for 3 months. There is good potential for this role to develop into a regular full-time role if desired by both parties.

As our new Junior Content Specialist, you will create content for some of the most exciting companies in Scandinavia.

Together with your team, which consists of passionate people-first colleagues, you are expected to write inspiring and high-quality content that both readers and search engines love. In the junior role, we don’t expect you to be able to handle any area on an independent level, but we expect you to deliver well with support from experienced colleagues.


How we measure your success after onboarding:

  • Content Writing / Counseling: You write and advise on content for our clients based on the SEO strategies created. This is typically based on briefs and can be in formats of blog posts, category descriptions, product descriptions, landing pages - in general, all possible formats that need written content.

  • Digital PR: Based on client strategies you create press releases and help in the outreach process to increase brand awareness and links.

  • Creative Content: We work with different genres of content everything from text to visuals. Creative content defines the content formats that include visuals like images, infographics, and formats that in general can increase the content depth other than only text.

  • Content Strategy: Based on overall strategies you help define the content plan and strategy based on data/user insights. These strategies you’ll use to create content that meets every search intent the client seeks to meet.

  • Content Analysis: You do content analysis work to create the best possible content. This includes doing SEO research and finding the data you’ll need to create performance-based content.

  • Utilization: You manage your utilization targets successfully and with ease. Including overall utilization and billable target. You manage your time effectively to positively impact your external and internal contribution.


Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you have to love the art of writing as this is the fundament of the role. You have a flair for understanding different tones of voice and catching the attention of the desired reader. You possess excellent Danish and English language skills.

It is not required for you to have extensive experience in SEO, though we like you to be willing to learn and have a curious mindset. We will make sure that you get the right support and professional training required to succeed in the role. This role is the right fit if you thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. We perceive it as a big plus if you have a strong sense of customer service.
