To achieve our mission, it's essential that our panel data meets the highest quality standards. The Junior Data Process Executive will support our Panel Management team in maintaining our panels in Denmark and Sweden.
The Junior Data Process Executive will enhance the efficiency of our team by streamlining processes and improving data quality. This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, curious about automation, and driven to make a meaningful impact. The Junior Data Process Executive will collaborate with experienced panel management experts who will guide you through our processes.
You Will:
Panel Data Management: Organize, clean, and maintain panel data for analysis, including repetitive tasks that require consistent attention. Process Improvement Collaboration: Identify repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or optimization and support their implementation. Support Data Quality & Validation: Maintain high data standards with automated quality checks and consistency monitoring. Communication Support: Assist colleagues in their panel support tasks, including handling phone calls and emails. Language Skills: Proficiency in either Swedish or Danish (knowledge of both is a plus). The official language of our company is English, and effective communication is expected. You should feel comfortable reaching out to colleagues in our expert centers across Europe. Technical Skills: Interest in data handling, technology, and IT. Comfortable with Excel and basic knowledge of the Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, R), automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Apache Airflow), and advanced Excel skills (e.g., macros, VBA, Power Query) would be considered a plus. Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Data Science, Automation, IT, or a related field is a strong asset, but a can-do attitude is most crucial. Experience: Previous roles in data management, automation, software scripting or coding, or panel management is considered an advantage.
