As a Junior IAM Analyst, you will primarily support the IT Access review process by analyzing data, ensuring compliance, and working closely with managers to facilitate reviews. You will also provide active support to Line Managers by leading meetings, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Your ability to communicate clearly and proactively follow up on deadlines will be key to ensuring the project’s success. Work tasks
- Identify and assign Access Group Owners efficiently
- Support and educate Group Owners on compliance requirements
- Facilitate accelerated onboarding
- Assist Group Owners with onboarding platform use
- Develop data-driven insights for strategic planning
- Enhance Access Group onboarding and cleanup processes
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Access Group identification
- Provide training and establish a four-eye review process
- Facilitate and manage Scrum events and Agile workflow
- Manage the team’s JIRA/Kanban board
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
We are looking for
- Someone with some experience working in an Agile environment and in a similar role.
- Someone with knowledge of Kanban and JIRA.
- Someone with basic to proficient skills in Excel.
- Someone with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Someone with an ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Someone with a service-minded, structured, and independent working style.
- Someone located in Denmark, close to Greater Copenhagen.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with Kanban and JIRA.
- Experience in IT support or similar fields.
- Strong written and spoken Danish skills.
