The ideal candidate for this role is a tech-savvy individual with a strong foundational understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting. A background in Computer Science or a related field, and/or hands-on experience in IT support or technical customer service, is highly desirable. Additionally, the ideal candidate is genuinely enthusiastic about the opportunity for long-term part-time work, allowing them to balance other priorities or activities alongside their professional responsibilities.
Assist in monitoring our Data Collector™ units using in-house tools to ensure their availability for customers.
Assist in the monitoring of cloud-based in-house applications, infrastructure and providers (AWS, Atlassian, ...) to ensure uptime.
Assist in the management of users/permissions on several cloud-based providers (AWS, Atlassian, ...).
Take ownership of the first-level support service that we are going to establish in the coming months (calls, tickets, emails).
Provide regular updates to customers who are waiting for a resolution to their issues by some internal team.
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide basic IT support to employees - i.e. formatting Windows/Mac laptops, troubleshooting printer issues.
Residing within commuting distance of our Copenhagen office - no remote, no relocation, no outsourcing.

Excellent communication skills in English (Danish or other languages are a plus).

Being aware and sensible toward security concerns - i.e. old passwords, lack of 2FA, etc.
Interest in IoT devices, sensors, microcontrollers.
A part-time, in-office position (80h/month, 2.5 days per week) with some degree of flexibility about the working days within the week.
