Junior OCM

We are looking for a Junior OCM for our client in the Pharma Industry. You will play a crucial role in their new solution that will change their ways of working - also from a compliance perspective - while the solution is still being developed into its full potential. You will be a part of the Automated Release team in the Submission & Labelling ART. The Automated Release team consists of approximately 12-14 people – developers, compliance experts, testers, OCM experts – across the Philippines, India, Denmark, and the UK.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience within organizational change management
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Experience from the pharma industry
• Relevant educational background
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Plan their own work and align with key stakeholders across the Automated Releases team as well as the receiving DevOps teams on timing and scope of tasks
• Bear the responsibility of the roll-out towards selected DevOps teams, and adjust strategy and material accordingly
• Be responsible for ensuring that it is explained in the best way possible and that any process or knowledge gaps, discrepancies, or similar are handled proactively
• Help scope and subsequently drive the roll-out of the Automated Releases solution towards new SaaS DevOps teams, including managing stakeholders
• Assess impact to existing material and processes, creating fit-for-purpose OCM and roll-out strategies, planning and executing appropriate training and training material as well as supporting users with needed hypercare
• Help bridge the communication and planning between the Automated Releases team developing the solution and the receiving DevOps teams across the organisation
