Junior PMO Support

We're looking for 2 x Junior PMO Support for a short project with our client within the financial sector. You will act like the bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management and a key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• You have worked as Junior PMO Support on medium to large scale Programmes for + 1-2 years
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification (nice to have)
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools
• Proficient Excel skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills
• Flair for analysis and a critical thinker, identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
• PMO/Project Management certification (nice to have)
• Run focus groups and facilitate workshops experience
• Conduct analyses and prepare business proposals to the programme team and potentially the steercos experience
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for executive and senior management presentations
• Responsible for helping the programme manager with communication to various stakeholders
• Support the DORA programme manager with ad-hoc activities coming from subsidiaries or senior management.
• Support programme manager with structuring one of the workstreams
• Support the DORA Programme Team with the topics spanning across workstreams
