We are looking for a  Junior Product Manager to help drive our mission and take our operations to the next level! 

Your mission

• Lead and manage projects with a focus on our legal department from planning to execution, defining technical requirements. 
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using dashboards and other visualization tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, BI, IT, and Product teams to optimize processes.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates and ensure smooth communication across all levels.
• Analyze data, identify pain points in workflows, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Tracking ongoing projects and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborating with international teams to analyze and improve case-handling processes.
• Defining and measuring KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Communicating with stakeholders, providing updates, and gathering feedback.
• Engaging in cross-departmental collaboration to drive efficiency.

Your profile

• Fluency in English is required - if you speak Danish or Swedish that is a plus.
• Experience as a Project Manager in a legal or start-up/fast-paced environment is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Economics or Business Studies, though other fields will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in commonly used software such as MS Office and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly articulate project goals, expectations, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Project Management certifications are a plus but not required.
