ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
We are looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and dynamic Tobacco & Transformation team, to drive the development and implementation of brand activities across the Nordic countries. You will learn to navigate in a sophisticated legal landscape which will challenge not only your collaborator management, but also your creativity.
You will be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including ongoing feedback and mentoring.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Brand management, supporting brand initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand equity and market share. Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies. Market analysis and Insights, to understand consumer preferences and trends, analyzing sales data and market performance metrics to provide actionable insights. Product Management, assisting in the development and execution of category plans for combustible and heated tobacco products. Coordinating with production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure product availability and quality. Project Management, managing independently timelines and deliverables for product upgrades and launches. Ensuring alignment and communication among cross-functional teams such as regulatory, sales, and finance. Sales support, providing support to the sales team with product knowledge, promotional materials, and training. Regulatory compliance, understanding and adhering to regulatory requirements for tobacco products in various markets. Coordinating with the regulatory affairs team to ensure all marketing and product activities align with legal standards. Financial management, managing a budget in relation to own projects as much as assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecast for the category. Monitoring and reporting on category performance against financial targets. Innovation and Product Development, supporting the development and launch of new products within the combustible and heated tobacco categories. Conducting competitive analysis to find opportunities for improvements. Stakeholder Engagement, engaging with key partners on a regular basis and participating in forums to gather feedback and build relationships. Reporting and Documentation, preparing regular reports and presentations on category performance, market trends, and critical initiatives. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all category related-activities. Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures. ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
Finished your master’s degree recently in Marketing, Business – or similar. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Openness to continues professional development and acquiring new skills. Experience with brand management, agency, or other marketing related experience. Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables. Interest and awareness in product development. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and forecasting. Ability to analyze financial performance and understand key business metrics. Structured with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure and in a constantly evolving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) BENEFICIAL
