We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for our client in the Pharma Industry
Job description:
The Junior Project Manager will support the PM with planning and scheduling infrastructure projects timelines.
The Junior PM will support in tracking the project milestones and ensure resource availability and allocation. This is done through aligning relevant objectives with key stakeholders, building and maintaining the infrastructure whilst assessing and handling possible risk. The junior PM will support local resources, local QC and QA to help ensuring compliance and coordinate local
closing windows. Support with communication of Global GITO guidelines and principles to the site.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Decision Making:
The Junior Project Manager will support in defining the project scope and objectives, developing a
detailed project plan, and ensuring that the plan aligns with the project goals. This includes supporting
with estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve the project goals, setting up
schedules and tasks, and defining the project's success criteria.
Budget Management:
The Junior Project Manager will support with the project budget. This includes supporting with estimating
and tracking project costs, helping the PM ensuring that the project stays within its budget, and making
necessary adjustments to the budget as the project progresses.
Risk Management:
Identifying potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate those risks is a key responsibility
of the Project Manager. This includes conducting risk assessments, establishing contingency plans, and
continuously monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management, Reporting and Communication:
They are responsible for managing relationships with high-level stakeholders, navigating complex
political situations to ensure smooth project execution. The Project Manager is the main point of contact
for all project stakeholders. They are responsible for keeping stakeholders informed about the project's
progress, addressing their concerns, and managing their expectations. This includes preparing and
presenting regular project status reports and be present onsite to strengthen collaboration.
Problem-Solving:
Rather than solving problems directly, they ensure that any complex issues that arise during a project
are properly addressed and resolved, overseeing the problem-solving process.
