Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the pharma industry.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience within project management
• Experience from pharma industry preferred
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – specially in English
• Organizational Abilities: Highly organized, capable of planning and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and proposing actionable solutions
• Time Management: Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet project deadlines
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• A EU work permit making you able to start working in Denmark right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, ensuring milestones are met
• Documentation: Maintain project records, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates
• Risk and Issue Management: Help identify potential risks and issues, and work with the team to develop mitigation and resolution strategies
• Budget and Resource Tracking: Support the monitoring of project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Meeting Facilitation: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to keep the project on track
• Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet established standards and quality expectations
