Experience level: 3-5 years experience as Scrum Master, successfully and repetitively transforming non-agile teams to agile teams. Demonstrating successful servant leadership
Experience forming agile teams that are mostly working with operation of application and infrastructure and IT/OT migrations.
Experience in driving and succeeding in organizational change management on an operational level and overcoming initial resistance.

Key responsibility for a Monitoring and Control Solution scrum master:
- Support and drive with Product Owner the new agile governance structure for product team. Run the scrum meetings needed and retros. Document learnings and actions
- Engaged and support agile coach towards the product team in creating an agile delivery culture.
- Communicates clearly value of new ways of working to improve teams’ performance.
- Drives delivery progress with implementation lead towards delivery team so key targets are not missed.
- Self-organized and proactively remove obstacles and distractions for the team to deliver on time
Requirements:
- Coach the team and external stakeholders in agile principles
- Manage the interaction between the team and external stakeholders
- Chair and facilitate agile ceremonies
- Remove impediments and take care of the problems that might detrimentally impact the work of the team
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters within the organization to share knowledge and best practices and to improve the Scrum process
- Follow the team's progress and provide direction as needed
- Provide feedback to Delivery Team (formal)
