Junior Technicol Support Engineer for International Helpdesk

About the Job:

As an Junior Technicol support Engineer, you will be co-responsible for the daily operation, optimization, design, documentation, digitization, implementation, and further development of the company's IT security, Technicol support, network, cloud solutions, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Technically Skilled: The technical complexity is on the high end, so you should be comfortable with command line, Windows registry, and configuration files.
• IP Network Experience: The products use advanced IP configurations, so you need experience in creating and troubleshooting network setups.
• Electronics Knowledge: The products consist of both software and hardware, so it would be an advantage if you have previously worked with software integrated with proprietary hardware.

The customers and colleagues come from many different countries, so the working languages are Danish and English. Geographically, the workplace is in Sønderborg.

It would be perfect if you already know radio communication technology, but otherwise, we will train you.
