We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager - Pediatric Oncology to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Head of Pediatric Oncology.
The core responsibility of the KAM / Key Account Manager -
The KAM is a customer facing role that will lead sales and selected marketing efforts for Norgine’s newly established Business Unit within Pediatric Oncology/Rare Disease. In this role it is crucial to gain insights and understand needs of the health care institutions, HCPs and the patient community. You will partnering, collaborate, inform and educate to improve patient outcomes and drive uptake of Norgine´s products. The role covers strategic sales planning and execution, tactical marketing and omnichannel engagement.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Understand health care eco system, patient journey and treatment pathways for Pediatric Oncology patients. Create robust cross functional account plans with purpose to build mutual relationships with key stakeholders and drive science based initiatives to introduce and establish Norgine´s products and provide clear patient value.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to effectively identify opportunities and challenges for maximizing growth of Norgine´s products.
- Develop and execute in-depth sales strategies that align with overall business objectives, including customer target setting and action planning. Secure coordination of cross functional KOL plan.
- Forge strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers. Continuous development of customer engagement strategies to enable access customers. Provide scientific information via multi and omnichannel communication to the selected target audience.
- Drive/implement local marketing initiatives in alignment with Nordic strategic direction. Drive the development and implementation of services that support the integration of Norgine’s products into local healthcare systems, improving treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient pathways and treatment protocols in alignment with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, ensuring swift and efficient patient access to new therapies.
- Manage the promotional budget effectively. Secure accurate phasing and monthly follow up. Maximize ROI and alignment to strategic direction.
- Frequent cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment on market strategies, key account management and customer engagement. Responsible for structured way of insight generation and sharing within the team.
- Adhere strictly to local legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements, aligning with Norgine’s code of conduct and standard operating procedures to ensure all activities meet the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrated success in specialty pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Pediatric Oncology/Oncology or rare diseases.
- Comfortable in a scientific setting and with drive to achieve targets and objectives.
- Experience from brand management and/or omnichannel engagement.
- Accountability, quick adaptation to changes and strong innovative capability.
- Customer centric mindset, self-going and a high ability to work with different people and transform insights into actions
- Deep understanding of the health care eco system and understanding how/where to impact.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking, ability to identify and remove barriers.
- Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership capabilities to motivate teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, essential for articulating complex information and fostering strong professional relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree from relevant field such as science, economics, medical, pharmacy
- > 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry
- Native/Fluent in one of the Nordic languages, advanced English capabilities
