Key Account Coordinator

Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a new colleague to join our Key Account team in Glostrup. In close collaboration with our international sales team, you will help develop and maintain the relationships with our Key Accounts. You will play a central role in ensuring the professional and efficient handling of our customers' special requirements, as well as coordinating and optimizing delivery processes across multiple markets. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be the link between Samsøe Samsøe and our Key Accounts, ensuring a seamless and professional relationship. You will work in close collaboration with our International Sales Team and Online Manager.

• Providing excellent support to Key Accounts/Special Handling Customers, acting as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
• Managing all deliveries to Key Accounts/Special Handling Customers and ensuring they are met with high standards of service and smooth order processing and delivery preparation.
• Delivery Agreements: Develop and maintain delivery agreements in cooperation with Outbound Logistics teams
• Daily Follow-up: Monitor deliveries for special handling customers, maintaining regular follow-up with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Reporting: Provide weekly reports on key operational KPIs related to deliveries, including updates for customers with waiting stock.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Participate in sales meetings and plan weekly meetings with the Account/Online Managers to discuss account status, delivery issues, and improvements.

PROFILE

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our Key Accounts. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-focused role such as account coordination, preferably within the fashion or retail business.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
• Problem Solving Mindset: Ability to proactively identify issues and find efficient solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance).         
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
