The Opportunity: As a Key Account Manager, you take ownership and responsibility for driving business growth and performance within the defined Astellas portfolio in your assigned territory, focusing on key customers such as gynecologists, urologists, and general practitioners (GPs). You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients. Key Activities for this role:
Analyse sales data, prioritize accounts, and target customers effectively. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer analysis to inform the creation of cross-functional District and/or Account Plans. Execute and implement agreed activities outlined in District and/or Account Plans, ensuring effective communication with key external customers. Adopt an omni-channel approach aligned with the company's vision, incorporating remote/hybrid meetings, webinars, approved emails, and face-to-face interactions. Hold regular meetings with the Business Manager, Sales Manager, and Account team to discuss and update District/Account Plans and monitor progress. Maintain accurate financial administration through the Concur system and complete all Astellas Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s in the Learning Management System (LMS) system on time.Top of Form Essential Knowledge & Experience: Extensive proven experience in the Gynaecology & GP segments, preferably within Women’s Health. Good knowledge of Veeva systems and related software. Valid driver's license. Proven track record of successfully collaborating with or working in commercial, medical, and/or market access roles. Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health care or University degree or equivalent. Additional Information: This is a permanent, full-time position.
