About the role
As a Key Account Manager, [German speaking], you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of international clients. This role is highly client-focused, balancing technical requests, ongoing tasks, and strategic planning. Your day will involve managing client-driven activities such as resolving technical issues, conducting business reviews, and presenting our product portfolio. Working as a Client Success Manager on larger accounts and hybrid KAM on smaller local accounts, you will work closely with technical teams to address system-related needs while also handling contract renewals, upsells, and strategic planning to drive client growth. This position combines operational problem-solving with a commercial focus, making it both dynamic and impactful.
