Samsung are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the MX (smartphones, tablet, smartwatches and PC’s) B2B team in Denmark! KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Take responsibility and being a Samsung representative towards Partners in the whole sales process, from initial contact to final service for new and existing clients
Manage the whole B2B channel including channel partners and end-customers (direct touch)
Update and manage sales forecast ongoing
Fulfilling and over achieving sales budget in both sell-in and sell-out and optimizing channel stock
Drive sales on Samsung MX B2B portfolio incl. devices, accessories, Samsung KNOX solutions and service offerings
Developing the customer relationship on all levels in the organization and enhancing synergies between all products focusing on One Samsung
Continuously support tender processes with the full Samsung MX B2B offerings
JOB SCOPE:
Build a long-term relationship with the account and its organization within top management, product management, sales, marketing and purchasing
Build and maintain business relationships with 3rd party solution providers that are beneficial for both Samsung and our customers
Together with partners and customers identify and suggest devices and EMM and Knox cloud solutions that are in line with the Samsung B2B MX offerings
Manage BO management, lead generation and CRM via Salesforce.com
Develop and maintain plans for mid to long term business objectives for partners
Manage sell-in and sell-out and optimal channel stock responsibility throughout the whole channel
Monitor and continuously work actively with tenders and procurements
Respond to tenders, experience with SKI, have overview and manage SKI tenders, towards partners, ensure material is compliant and delivered as agreed
Yearly contract negotiation from draft to final signature of the commercial and general terms
Managing appropriate claims process of back-end conditions from contract and accrual to final payment
Be responsible for reporting and sales administration towards the customer reporting
Educate and conduct product demonstrations to market for Samsungs B2B products and technologies to direct touch and Channel partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role from the IT/electronics industry
At least 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
A good understanding for channel/partner management
Experience working with tenders (SKI is preferred), negotiations and bid management
Good understanding of Enterprise Mobility solutions such as MDM, Security solutions (a bonus if you have knowledge about Samsung KNOX)
Understanding of and interest in technical issues
A relevant academic background
Structured and good administrator
Positive mindset and social skills
Fluent in English and Danish
A valid driver’s license

Work location: Ballerup, Denmark (expect 3 days a week in the office)
