YOUR JOB

As Key Account Sales Assistant, you become key to achieving our common goals. 
Your role will require sales expertise, analytical skills and proactive engagement to maximize sales opportunities. It is key that you have a natural flair for building strong relationships with customers and sales representatives. 

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Collaborating with the Division Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to maximize potential in key markets, focusing on our largest key cccount customers 
  • Analyzing market and sales data to identify and exploit sales opportunities
  • Participating in weekly meetings at strategic and operational levels, both internally and externally
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and sales representatives to provide product feedback, foster collaboration, and identify growth opportunities
  • Attending internal and external sales meetings, relevant customer meetings, and performance trade calls. Prepare materials, present collections, and take ownership of follow-up tasks
  • Providing crucial market feedback for the development and implementation of product strategy, including Outlet and Multipack collections
  • Coordinating sales activities internally between sales, NOOS and our buying departments.
  • YOUR PROFILE
    As a person, you are ambitious, confident, optimistic, action- and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of overview. You have strong analytical skills and a proactive can-do attitude. You have a natural desire for personal growth and are curious about taking on further responsibilities. 

    In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Recently finished education in sales or a related field or a few years of experience in sales
  • Strong growth mindset and international ambitions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical skills to understand and respond to sales data and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to actively invest in personal development and handle increasing responsibility
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
