Who are we recruiting?

We are seeking experienced and compassionate educators who are eager to make a difference in the lives of young children.

You should be creative, patient, and have a natural ability to connect with children. Your focus on providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment is key.

Essential requirements:

• Knowledge of a Norwegian or other Scandinavian language at A2/B1 level or completion of a proper language course before start.
• A degree in early childhood education or a related field issued by an EEA or EFTA country.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a kindergarten or a similar setting is nice to have.
• A genuine passion for teaching and child development.

As a Kindergarten Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementing educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Providing a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive.
• Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and social interaction among children.
• Monitoring and supporting individual needs to help children reach their potential.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress.
• Ensuring adherence to Norwegian health, safety, and educational standards.
