You are

• An enterprising and empathetic team leader who takes the lead and can create a professional and inclusive work environment for young people aged 25 to 39.

• A hard-working person who is not afraid to take charge and step up during busy times, while also being able to delegate and train the team.

• Systematic, well-organized, and well-prepared to deliver results.

• Proactive in communication, honest, and ambitious about taking ownership.

• An energetic person who is passionate about achieving results in a team and is unafraid to take responsibility.

The job is

• A fixed salary of DKK 35,000.

• Fluent in English or Danish, working alongside Chinese kitchen chefs and English/Danish-speaking service teams.

• Overall operational responsibilities for the production kitchen and helping with startup of new businesses.
