Søly is a newly opened bistro located in Central Copenhagen. We emphasize social dining because we believe that food and meals create memories and provide opportunities for togetherness and presence. We serve food that we love and believe our guests should taste. Our ingredients are carefully selected, and our menu is created based on seasons, moods, and inspiration.

We are expecting rapid growth and. Therefore, expect a busy and vibrant environment where professionalism is key. We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our kitchen team. We prefer if you can work full-time.

Everyone in our kitchen handles the same tasks related to preparation and execution, and you will be part of this. If you have a particular area that you excel in or are passionate about, let's discuss creating space for it.

Søly is open Tuesday to Sunday, focusing on breakfast and lunch. Therefore, we close at 5 pm. We are open to adjusting working hours as needed and continuously, if you have any wishes/suggestions on how it can better suit you.
