KPMG Acor Tax is looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Tax Technology Team in Hellerup or Aarhus

Are you ready to be at the forefront of innovation in tax services? We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our Tax Technology department as part of our dynamic Nordic Tax & Legal Technology team.

Welcome to the Tax Technology team  
Our Tax Technology team is a hub of diverse expertise, featuring UI specialists, front-end and back-end developers, cloud architects, product owners, project managers, and data, automation and AI leads. We leverage low-code tools, pro-code software development, advanced data analytics, and AI to challenge conventional methods and redefine the future of tax services.

You will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects for our business and clients across the Nordic region. You will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving projects to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints. Being part of the Nordic Tax & Legal Technology team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse professionals and contribute to innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our Nordic business.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and status updates with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead the review and approval process for technology solutions to ensure compliance with KPMG standards.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
   

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
