As Labelling Quality Specialist, you ensure that product labels and related data are accurate, compliant with legal regulations, and aligned with Coop group standards – all with the consumer in mind. This includes:
• Legislative Compliance: Ensuring labels meet all EU and national regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Reviewing and approving text on product labels and artwork to maintain high quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Content Management: Coordinating translations, proofreading, and verifying the accuracy of product information, including ingredients, instructions, and legal disclaimers.
• Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments (e.g., Product quality and Design), Partners and suppliers.
• Data Accuracy: Maintaining and securing master data to ensure proper online sales, in-store information, and marketing.
• Consumer focus: Challenging and striving for improving information on label to be insightful and relevant for consumers.
The key factors that contribute to your success in this role is a mix of technical knowledge, persistent attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and a consumer-oriented mindset, so you:
• Have a bachelor’s degree within food or chemistry, as minimum.
• Have hands on experience in working with legislation and declaration texts.
• Have an interest and flair for it and sees it as a potential to understand more complex data.
• Are fluent in written and spoken Danish (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus).
• Are good at spelling and your understanding of grammar is particularly good.
• Have excellent skills in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Work with attention to detail, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines and have strong planning skills.
• Have a proactive mindset and a passion for making a difference.

It is required to meet at the office every week; however, it is possible to work from home a few days a week.
