We are looking for a full-time laboratory technician to join Professor Amelia Rotaru’s team within the largest section Nordcee, at the Department of Biology at the Faculty of Science, University of Southern Denmark.
The lab conducts research in applied and environmental microbiology with a particular focus on electroactive microorganisms, microbe-mineral/metal, or interspecies interactions.
We use electrochemistry, molecular biology, expression studies, genetics, and high-resolution microscopy tools to understand fundamental aspects of how microorganisms interact with their extracellular environment.

The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Laboratory Association affiliated with HK/STAT.
