Your role:
- Perform up-tower blade repairs using rope access, repair platforms, and ground-based solutions.
- Repair wind turbine blades on the ground as needed.
- Work offshore and onshore, traveling across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
- Conduct conventional and mechanical blade repairs at our Esbjerg facility.
- Utilize advanced technology for documentation and quality assurance to meet the highest industry standards.
- Provide feedback and troubleshooting to support our in-house developed software and systems.
- Plan your own workdays in collaboration with the project team.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality assurance to maintain the best industry standards.
- Take on increasing responsibilities in leadership and supervision as part of your career progression.
Who we’re looking for:
- Several years of experience in mechanical and conventional blade repairs.
- GWO & IRATA Rope Access Certification (mandatory).
- Strong IT and computer skills to handle digital documentation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in English and Danish (spoken and written).
- A positive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
- Flexibility to travel for both short and long-term projects (2-3 week rotations for large projects).
- Ability to balance office and field work effectively.
- Ambition to develop into a supervisor role and take on leadership responsibilities.
