We are looking for a colleague and team-player to join our Regulatory Engagement team - a part of Group Compliance – focusing on our great employees as well as leading and overseeing the one of the Business units or Group function areas (which one are to be defined) interactions and engagements with external supervisors!
In Regulatory Engagement we act as the point of entry for the regulators, like the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, Data Protection Agency and Competition and Consumer Authority, and we operate internationally across all Danske Bank business units.

As part of our 16-member team, you will help define, maintain and enhance the framework for and manage Danske Bank's interactions with supervisory authorities. We prioritize collaboration, integrity, and fostering an open dialogue to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Your primary role is managing a team of 6 motivated and Senior Regulatory Engagement Managers, supporting them and our stakeholders across Danske Bank when interacting with our supervisors. You will be responsible for overseeing our supervisory dialogues and commitments within a – yet to be defined – Business unit or Group function area, as well as oversee our engagements across the Nordic countries.
The specific focus area will be defined on the basis of your knowledge and competencies. Team members will rely on your guidance in these areas as well as your ongoing support in their development and daily advising of senior management in Danske Bank.
Manage the relationship between Danske Bank Group and Danish regulators

Key skills include great coaching and leadership skills, building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders and senior management as well as problem solving effectively.
We are also hoping that you bring to the role:
You bring extensive knowledge of European and Danish financial regulation and/or Operations, IT, and Cyber risk – while you also have a good understanding of the Danish financial regulatory framework.
