The position
At Novo Nordisk Oral Product Development, LEAN represents more than just a set of tools; it embodies a culture and mindset that are continuously evolving within our organization. As a new Lean Partner, you will become part of a group of LEAN partners supporting the area. Your primary responsibility will involve leading lean initiatives, enhancing the organization's lean maturity, and being primary driver of the Lean integration of our new site in Athlone.

Additionally, you will be part of a lean network across the business unit and will participate in cross-organizational lean projects. Your LEAN colleagues will include both local LEAN partners in your team, as well as a centralized LEAN team comprising Lean partners and Specialists supporting operations across the business unit.

About the department
As part of Oral Product Development (OPDev) you make a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and formulate all new processes coming out of our research units in our pilot plants, ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. The Oral Product Development is an area within CMC that employs approximately 500 highly skilled people in Måløv. Our focus is to develop and manufacture solid dose tablets for pre-clinical and clinical trial phases I, II and III covering a broad and exciting range of process technologies for solid dosage forms.
You will become part of the Portfolio Management & Business Support department that consists of three separate teams that each support the CVP area within different disciplines such as Training, QMS, Project Management, LEAN and more. The team you will be part of is called Capacity Planning, cLEAN & Finance. In the team there are five LEAN partners, who you will be working closely with, alongside a Business Analyst, Finance Controller and Supply Chain Planner.
