The position
As LEAN Partner for Future Standards, your main objective is to be the catalyst for continuously improving the organisation’s ability to execute projects efficiently. Your role will focus on bringing your expertise and toolbox within LEAN into play to help the organisation drive world class project execution. In doing so, you will work with leaders across the organisation and act as a sparring partner ensuring an efficient execution set-up.
Concretely, the primary task will be to enable managers and employees across Future Standards in maturing and ensuring a meaningful and useful board and escalation structure.

About the department
Within the Future Standards PMO, in Fill & Finish Expansions, our Project Execution Team consists of 12 dedicated employees driving the crosscutting projects and delivering business support across the functions within Future Standards. We are an international team driving initiatives relating to project and scope management, governance, change management, organization & collaboration, project optimizations, and similar.
