You may already be a LEAN professional, or alternatively, you may be in a different function in production (e.g., Process Supporter, Equipment Supporter) or close to production (e.g., Business Support, Supply Chain) and ready to try a new discipline that is only getting more important and have a direct and clear impact.

The Team

We enjoy sharing our knowledge and are always ready to lend a hand when things get busy. We maintain a positive working environment, focusing on the task at hand in an atmosphere that allows for laughter and fun. The team consists of 4 LEAN and 13 Training employees.

 

Regarding LEAN, our overarching goal is to take ownership of the daily LEAN culture in the area. This includes tasks such as driving & facilitating systemic problem solving, process mappings, coaching, developing and process-confirming performance boards, build and develop Kaizen Board etc.

 

The second half of the team, with their Training expertise, takes ownership of training processes and systems in the department, contribute to high-quality documentation and deliver best-in-class training for production.

 

We have high ambitions and aim, as a team, to become experts in the areas related to Training and LEAN.

 

The Department

In SDF DK in Måløv, you will contribute to our journey of delivering tablets to millions of diabetes patients worldwide. We take pride in making history and contributing to a new chapter in Novo Nordisk's success story with this new product.

 

In the production facility where we belong (BULK production), we handle the responsible dispensing, blending, granulation, and tabletting of our powder/tablets - along with the corresponding washing areas. We are around 550 employees spread across 4 departments collaborating closely with good colleagues in Manufacturing Development, Technical Support, QC, and QA. Our team belongs in the department Operational Support, Strategy & Planning from where we support our own and the other 3 production departments.

The Job

Overall, you will together with your LEAN colleagues be the owner of the daily LEAN activities:

  • You will drive and facilitate workshops and shopfloor activities when it comes to process optimization and human performance.

  • Improving performance boards, shopfloor activities and visualizing value streams.

  • Support line of business in identifying their bottlenecks and improve them through continuous improvement or concrete process improvements.

  • You will be facilitator on A3, QMT and systematic problem solving.


But don't be discouraged by the above tasks because even if you can't check all the boxes, you could still be the perfect candidate for us.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Danish and English (Danish language skills are a requirement – both oral and written).

  • Although we don’t expect you have experience with all above, a background in LEAN, either obtained within your studies or from previous work experience focusing on lean improvements is an advantage - e.g. within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry - for instance as process supporter, equipment supporter etc.

  • For us, it's not crucial that you come from a specific educational background, and therefore, your skillset and knowledge can be based on: Learning science, Supply Chain Management, HRM, Psychology, Sports science, Engineering or equivalent.

 

Equally important is that you bring the right mindset:

  • Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters.

  • You possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from stakeholders.
