If so, this could be your opportunity! We are looking for a new LEAN Professional for our production site, Device Component Manufacturing (DCM), who can help us continue to develop our overall LEAN maturity.
The Position
As LEAN Professional, your role is to contribute to our continuous LEAN maturity at the site by helping our production and support organizations to always operate with a LEAN mindset. We engage with managers, operators, and supporters at all levels to keep focus on delivering what creates value for the site, but most importantly for our patients.

About the Department
DCM is a dynamic and constantly evolving production site located in Hillerød. Responsible for the manufacturing of plastic components and devices for all Novo Nordisk production sites, we are currently employing approximately 600 employees and continuously growing. You will be an integral part of our NPI & Operational Excellence department, which is responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI), LEAN and Digitalization & Automation support.
Joining the LEAN team, you will connect with a network of skilled professionals from across the organization, where you share knowledge about best practices and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in our area. We offer a thorough onboarding and training in the Novo Nordisk standards to help you get started.
