The position
As a project manager within our unit at Novo Nordisk, you will lead transformative improvement projects in both support functions and manufacturing areas across PSQIT. You will be responsible for optimizing our training system standard, inspired by Training within Industry (TWI), to enhance our ability to deliver products to patients. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with business leaders to identify cases, mobilizing stakeholders, and applying your analytical and lean skills to design improved training standards. You will work closely with shop floor employees to understand processes and ensure that changes are implemented and sustained. Each project will be customized to meet specific business needs, and you will test project outcomes to drive further enhancements. Validation of solutions will be done in collaboration with key stakeholders, and you will update training standards to facilitate upskilling within the organization. Your work may take you to various Novo Nordisk sites, both in Denmark and internationally.

You will report to the Director of the Optimisation & Execution unit responsible for developing the training standard across PSQIT. The department is organized under Training & Execution in P&O in PSQIT.
