About the department
Finished Product Manufacturing Environment (FPME) Global Performance is a dynamic and fast-paced department where we focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives across Novo Nordisk. Our team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in everything we do.
You will become part of the FPM Global Performance area of around 15 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. We are part of a newly established CVP area called FPM Engineering where we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership enabling NovoNordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.We are a diverse department with people from different nationalities and backgrounds.
