The Position
As our Senior LEAN Specialist, you'll be part of PS AM Business Development & Support. Here you will join a department with global reach and many international colleagues. You will drive the integration of LEAN principles, systems, and tools for continuous improvement and best practice sharing across PS AM. You'll provide expertise, monitor problems, and help develop solutions for better business results.

On a professional level you demonstrate ability to promote and apply LEAN principles, methods and tools and link this to business needs, whilst you show a passion and drive to develop and maintain a Lean culture.
As a person, you have the ability to communicate complex information with simplicity and a constructive argument to a variety of audiences who have different levels of experience and knowledge. This enables you to build trustful relationships and use your experience to inspire and influence colleagues towards successful LEAN practices. You see opportunities rather than limitations and have the right balance between being instructive, setting direction, coaching and supporting our production sites.
About the Department
You'll join AM Business Development & Support in Bagsværd and Høje Taastrup, working with experts in Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Sustainability, and LEAN. We operate 8 global production sites with over 9,000 colleagues, delivering high-quality medicine daily.
We mature LEAN in the organization by setting ambitious goals and developing robust systems and tools.
