Our HR team is looking for a Working Student to support our LearningLab initiatives and assist with content creation. LearningLab is our internal digital learning platform, offering a blend of training materials across various topics. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills while working in a dynamic, international environment.
As a part of the HR team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to transform content into digital learning materials—leveraging AI tools and your own creativity.
Create engaging and high-quality content for Learning & Development initiatives
Support and coordinate LearningLab projects
Work closely with the HR team to enhance learning experiences through digital tools
A responsible and reliable student (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
A structured and efficient way of working—insights into pedagogy are a plus.
Strong affinity for digital tools and learning platforms.
Good English communication skills.
A flexible, part-time position (16 hours per week)
The opportunity to work 100% remotely, with access to any of our offices if preferred
