We are looking for a dedicated Learning and Development Consultant to join our Learning & Development Team based in Denmark, Poland and Spain. By making learning more social and personalized you will help empower learners to take ownership of their learning and engage in solutions designed to fit their normal flow of day-to-day work. Your main focus will be on improving our current digital training offering and driving learning initiatives together with the rest of the Learning & Development team and internal stakeholders. Please note that we mainly deal with technical product and IGA domain knowledge training. You’ll be working with a variety of teams across the organization and leading learning projects to develop a self-sustaining learning culture. You’ll be great at building relationships and partnerships across the organization to deliver a learning experience to employees, partners, and customers that reflects the Omada strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop product trainings and create highly technical digital learning content.
  • Proactively align with stakeholders across Omada and establish processes to validate their learning needs and develop required performance support initiatives.
  • Help embed and communicate our learning strategy and key learning principles across Omada.
  • Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts, and performance techniques. 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital learning content development with the use of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise). 
  • Ability to create and interpret storyboards. 
  • Excellent consultant skills – an ability to ask the right people the right questions. 
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills – an ability to effectively build partnerships and working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with using both data and intuition to inform decisions. 
  • Knowledge of digital and social learning 
  • Basic project management skills 
  • Experience with LMS tool(s) 
  • Experience working with technical and knowledge-intensive materials to develop trainings.

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Video and animation skills 
  • Portfolio of previously developed trainings 
  • IGA Domain knowledge
