Our Global Audiology Training & Education Team is expanding, and we're excited to welcome a new Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to our dynamic and collaborative team. Our dynamic team boasts a diverse range of expertise, including seasoned Audiologists, an innovative Learning Experience Designer, and a dedicated Learning Management Systems Administrator. This position has the possibility of being located in either the US (remote) or at our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark.

What the role entails,

As a Learning Experience Designer at GN, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to Bring People Closer. Collaborating with a talented team and diverse stakeholders across the organization to design and create immersive, compelling learning experiences. Your innovative solutions will engage both internal colleagues and external customers, including Hearing Care Professionals, highlighting our cutting-edge assistive hearing technology. Your projects will span from comprehensive course development and microlearning modules to job aids, learning assessment tools, and evaluations of learning effectiveness. In this role you can expect to work on exciting initiatives such as new product launches, product updates, and software releases, making a tangible impact on our audience.
