Internship Details
An internship position at Novo Nordisk is between 18-37 hours per week, with most positions requiring 37 hours, mostly on-site. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibilities as we recognize the value of your study.
Internships can last from 3 to 6 months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 12 months
Internships are paid if your educational program allows it
Important Information
Relocation: Novo Nordisk does not cover relocation costs.
Work Permit:
EU Students: A work permit is not required. However, you will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process.
Non-EU Students: A work permit is required. You will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process. Our mobility team will support you further with issuing a work permit. The cost of the work permit is covered by Novo Nordisk.
Pipeline Scope: This pipeline is relevant for all open positions related to the fields and areas mentioned, in Denmark and onsite for 2025.
Student Status: You need to be an active student to apply. You can apply to more than one pipeline.
Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences in one of the following or other relevant fields, with at least 6 months remaining in your studies:
Chemistry
Medicine
Veterinary Medicine
Drug Science
Biology, Cell Biology, Human Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biomedicine or other Bio-related fields
Food Science
Sustainability Profiles (Environmental Science)
Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science
Public Health
Engineering Profiles
Bioengineering
We seek interns who are eager to learn, capable of managing their own time, preferably have laboratory experience, and are accustomed to working with a variety of stakeholders.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and your CV must be submitted in English.
