The position
In the position of Local Security and Network Coordinator, you work closely with many stakeholders internally and external to provide excellent guidance and ensure high performance of our IT security and network policies, processes and controls. Joining the newly established IT, Data and Digital team, you play a key role in defining how we work with IT Security to continuously develop our IT, manage IT security and compliance.
Your key activities include:
• Security Management & Coordination
- Monitor local information security status using Sense/ServiceNow data.
- Coordinate security awareness and communication across GCMD.
- Support physical security for IT components.
- Ensure compliance as policy owner for firewalls, security incidents, and network processes.
• Incident Response & Compliance
- Advise on IT security incidents and audit findings for IT/OT solutions.
- Assist in resolving security and compliance gaps within GCMD IT, Data & Digital.
- Apply IT security controls in IT/OT solutions.
- Provide guidance on NIS2 requirements for IT/OT projects.
• IT Security & Network Advisory for Projects & Suppliers
- Offer security and network consultancy to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk and industry standards.

About the department
IT, Data and Digital is a newly established team in the GCMD Business Support department. In Business Support we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCMD within strategy deployment, communications, finance, LEAN, IT, digitalisation, training, quality and EHS.
Global Contract Manufacturing Devices is responsible for managing the global external production network for device components and pen needles. We are office based with shopfloors at Contract Manufacturing Organisations on a global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial for us to succeed.
You will collaborate with talented colleagues in GCMD. You will join new team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCMD through its rapid journey of growth.
