The position

As Logistics and Supply Chain Project Manager, you will coordinate the design of the different logistics inside our new factories. The role will act as a Work Package Owner starting at the design phase, where we will need your coordination and project management skills to reach milestones and find efficient solutions.

We work in a big project, so we need your best cross-functional skills to interact with the different stakeholders from different functions like IT, Automation, Robotics, Processes and Raw Material Professionals. Your focus is on milestones and coordination with your main stakeholders, the project consultant and the selected supplier. You also need to have continuous coordination with your other colleagues in the logistics team that will be working in similar topics in the same project. It is key to have a high focus on collaboration, standardisation, and quality.

Together with the network of project managers, suppliers, and process teams you will ensure that our solution will be as simple and efficient as possible, with respect for our highly requirement for quality, safety and well aligned with production processes.

You will be a key member to secure the implementation of the solutions timely. Logistics includes storing items, goods received, temporary staging and transportation of goods inside the factories and warehouse areas.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:

• Educational background within Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or another relevant field.
• Relevant project management experience ideally within Supply Chain/Logistics. However, we are open to different backgrounds and industries.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or another relevant.
• Great communication skills in English with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels within the organisation.

About the department

The M3 Logistics and Warehousing department is dedicated to optimizing our logistics and warehousing operations to support our production and distribution goals. We focus on designing efficient logistics processes, managing warehouse facilities, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Our team collaborates closely with other departments like IT, Automation, and Raw Material Management to ensure seamless integration of logistics strategies throughout the organization.
