Logistics Coordinator

Do you have a great analytical mindset and experience with distribution flow? Are you a team player who can cooperate with all our different stakeholders? Flying Tiger Copenhagen is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator - maybe it’s you!

You will be part of a small but dedicated team of 7 colleagues supporting outbound logistic. You will report to the Head of Distribution & Market Support, Logistics while the daily tasks are administrated by the Team Lead.

The Logistics Department in Flying Tiger Copenhagen is placed in connection with our warehouse facilities in Greve.  We have a professional and informal work environment and flexibility when it comes to working from home, our office in Greve or the office in Copenhagen (K).

 

This is the job

As our new Logistics Coordinator, you will support our end-to-end supply chain process ensuring that our products are available in stores. You will play a vital role in making sure we maintain an efficient distribution flow. Furthermore, you will take part in various supply chain projects aiming to improve overall logistic performance.
 

Responsibilities

• maintain high service level in all markets
• monitoring for all European partners
• Flow and process optimisation
• Ad hoc assignments related to the daily outbound operations
• Projects to improve cost & efficient
• Outbound customs handling  

 

This is you

Ideally you have been working in a similar role for at least 3 years.

We hope you have strong skills in:

• ERP systems - preferably AX2012
• Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
• Spoken and written English and Danish

As a person, you are flexible, used to work with deadlines and you have a positive attitude – also during busy periods. You have a structured and service minded approach in your work and have high skills in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders.
Furthermore, you are proactive, problem solving and detail oriented.
