Do you have strong administrative skills and are you looking for an exciting opportunity to become a key logistic coordinator for one of Europe’s largest dredging companies?

On behalf of Rohde Nielsen, MARPRO is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for their office in Grenaa.

The Job

As a Logistics Coordinator at Rohde Nielsen, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating international transport and logistics operations for both vessels and projects. You will work closely with their technical, procurement, warehouse, and project departments. Your tasks will include planning and coordinating national and international shipments from start to finish, handling import/export processes in collaboration with the procurement team. You will communicate with many both internal and external stakeholders including crew onboard to ensure efficient logistics processes for cost effective solutions, manage customs paperwork and handle administrative tasks in the technical department.

Professional qualifications

  • Relevant education like e.g. Freight Forwarder or a general office education
  • Proficient in general IT skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
  • Advantage if you have experience with international freight forwarding
  • Advantage if you have knowledge of tax and customs reporting
