Role Overview:

As a Regional Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations across the region. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and cost-effective distribution of our products, managing warehouse operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for Customer Service and Costs optimization along the logistic chain. You will lead a dedicated team, collaborate with various departments, and implement strategies to enhance our supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage regional logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Oversees company budget (Warehousing, Distribution and Inbound)

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Manage budget and financial aspects of logistics operations.

Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.

Drive sustainability initiatives within the logistics function, aligning with the company's environmental goals.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics management

Experience working in the FMCG

Proven track record of successfully managing regional logistics operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food and beverage logistics is a plus.
