Logistics Manager

Role Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee and optimize our global supply chain operations, focusing on managing multiple 3PL providers, international shipping, inventory planning, and freight coordination. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries, supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

3PL & Warehouse Management

• Manage relationships with 3PL providers across multiple regions, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs).

• Monitor 3PL performance for order fulfillment, returns, and stock accuracy.

• Collaborate with 3PL partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and distribution efficiency.

International Shipping & Compliance

• Coordinate international shipments, ensuring timely customs clearance and accurate documentation.

• Optimize shipping methods (air, sea, land) based on cost, speed, and reliability for each region.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and handle documentation for import/export processes.

Inventory & Demand Planning

• Forecast inventory needs based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.

• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align stock levels with demand.

• Perform regular stock reconciliations and implement measures to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Freight & Cost Management

• Negotiate rates and contracts with freight carriers, balancing cost and service quality.

• Monitor freight expenses and identify opportunities for savings without compromising delivery timelines.

• Develop contingency plans for shipment delays or disruptions.

Daily Operations & Issue Resolution

• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders.

• Resolve logistics-related issues swiftly to minimize customer impact.

• Partner with customer support to address delivery inquiries and improve overall satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with international shipping and 3PL oversight.

• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and customs processes.

• Proficiency in supply chain tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
