Logistics & Planning Specialist

ERA Recycling is a family-owned business founded in 1996 with a mission to optimize sustainable recycling. Today, we are growing and committed to supplying premium recycled steel across Europe. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Logistics & Planning Specialist who would like to join us on this journey.

Your primary responsibilities

·       Coordinate daily transport planning and execution in collaboration with our transport partners.

·       Handle daily tasks such as updating the weekly planner, preparing transport documents, managing weight slips, and negotiating prices.

·       Handle invoice management and billing.

·       Implement and maintain the ERP system, along with internal reporting.

·       Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and optimize efficient processes.

What we’re looking for

·       You are likely to have an educational background as a freight forwarder, shipping assistant, export assistant, or similar, and/or experience in a related role.

·       You excel in a supportive role, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You are detail-oriented, organized, work independently, and are committed to providing exceptional customer experience.

·       You possess strong IT skills and communicate effectively in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.

·       You thrive in a small company with a dynamic and positive environment and bring a strong sense of team spirit.
