The position

As a Logistics Professional, you will support the design of the different logistics inside our new factories. Starting at the design phase, where we will need your input and your experience in providing the best blueprint to the team of designers of the building.

We work in a big project, so we need your best cross-functional skills to interact with the different stakeholders from different functions like IT, Automation, Robotics, Processes and Raw Material Professionals. You also need to have continuous coordination with your other colleagues in the logistics team that will be working in similar topics in the same project. It is key to have a high focus on collaboration, standardisation, and quality.

Together with a network of project managers, suppliers, and process teams you will ensure that our solution will be as simple and efficient as possible, with respect for our highly requirement for quality, safety and well aligned with production processes.

You will be a trusted advisor to the project teams. Logistics includes storing items, goods received, temporary staging and transportation of goods inside the factories and warehouse areas.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we imagine you have:

• Educational background within Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or another relevant field.
• Some relevant experience within Supply Chain/Logistics, ideally from a project setting. However, we are open to different backgrounds and newly graduates will also be considered.
• Great communication skills in English with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels within the organisation.

Understanding of the SAP/ERP system and business processes will be considered an advantage.

About the department

The M3 Logistics and Warehousing department is dedicated to optimizing our logistics and warehousing operations to support our production and distribution goals. We focus on designing efficient logistics processes, managing warehouse facilities, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Our team collaborates closely with other departments like IT, Automation, and Raw Material Management to ensure seamless integration of logistics strategies throughout the organization.
