**Job Description:**
As an Indian Chef specializing in Tandoor and pantry section, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Indian dishes, with a focus on Tandoor-cooked items. You will also oversee the pantry section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Your creativity and passion for Indian cuisine will be key in delighting our guests and enhancing our menu offerings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, with a focus on Tandoor items such as naan, kebabs, and tandoori meats.
- Manage the pantry section, including inventory control, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Tandoor cooking techniques and pantry operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef, with a strong focus on Tandoor cooking and pantry management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
